Shipping Policy

General Return/Exchange Guidelines:

• Before sending any item back for exchange/return, kindly contact us at info@endogear.com.
• When return/exchange kindly send all the items shipped with product.
• Except for shipping time, return/exchange may take 2 weeks.
• Buyer will bear the shipping cost except for the defect.

 Returns:

14 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only.

1. Within 14 days of purchase, returns are accepted.
2. In case of a return, the item must be unused and in the condition that received with the original packaging.
3. For return, contact us at info@endogear.com. An original purchase receipt will be needed for this purpose.
4. Buyer has to bear the shipment cost.
